Figure if no one responds by this evening (some folks may not read this
until after work), respond tomorrow morning ... If they want to bring
the machine into the shop, I can help them out Saturday the 5th, if they
are OK with waiting that long.  Otherwise, I guess give them the bworks
account info and instructions on how to sudo.

Should we think about, in the future, creating a separate account, with
all needed privileges, so we can give out that info if needed?  Or do we
just go with adding user "student" to sudoers?
