Debian DOES automount removable storage, at least with etch it does.
Does everyone know that removable storage like mem sticks or floppies
needs to be gracefully unmounted afterward? It isn't obvious (not even
in Windows), but if the device isn't unmounted properly it can become
unusable/unreadable.

This may be a "Save as ..." issue where it is not obvious how/where to
find the removable media as the save to location. I told Doc I would
look into it once the classroom is up and running ...
