Jenny (a volunteer) and I plan to conduct a follow-up starting this
Saturday. There's no kids class, so we will have time/resources to do
this.

If you mean "take care of followups, without being a board member",
then yes, I can *help* to do follow ups. I can't take it on by
myself. Robert started a follow-up procedure that we can fine tune as
we go along.

I also need to know how we plan to use this follow-up information, so
that the follow up team can ask the right questions, and assemble an
easy to read report, and make the details readily available to the board.

Steve, please send an e-mail to me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we
can discuss this more.
