Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this thread. As I 
indicated earlier this was evidently posted the day after my hard 
drive went out. 
Anyway - I agree with Robert and I agree with Theresa. We do need a 
team (aka committee) to conduct the follow up and according to the by-
laws, that is the Youth Committee. 
The Board has recognized the need for some time and we are trying to 
organize the committee. The problem is, we are also trying to 
organize the Finance Committee, the Human Resource Committee, the 
Human Relations Committee, and the Enterprise Committee as well as 
the Youth Committee. 
We are also trying to recruit additional Board members and have been 
tieing these committee chair responsibilities to the vacant Board 
member positions. It isn't working. After some digging, I realize 
that the by-laws do not require that the committee chair person be a 
Board member. SO... are there any volunteers on the staff who would 
like to take on these committee chair responsibilities? 
If not, I'll continue to cover them as best I can, taking them in 
order of urgency. (Youth is next after HR and Enterprise.)
