Given that the file contains sensitive information (student names,
ages, phone numbers), we probably don't want to put it on any
Yahoo!Group.  In fact, folks working on this should probably ensure
the entire session is encrypted.  To do that just put an 's' after the
http:

Also, the purpose of the Google doc was to allow folks to collaborate
on-line while conducting the survey without needing to come into the
shop.  For example, I could be surveying one family from my home at
the same time that Nate could be surveying another family from his
home (or elsewhere). However, if folks are going to be doing the
survey from the shop or only one person at a time will be doing the
surveying, then there's no need for the Google doc.  Also, there may
be better tools to conduct a follow-up survey:

As for the rest of the content, whatever information is not sensitive
