Night and Day difference. Google Groups outdoes Yahoo Groups in every aspect that I've seen.
Yahoo Groups seems to be dying, and Google Groups just keeps getting more and more features. As Mr. Wiki, I set up a Wiki page where we could do some comparisons between various technologies.
