You could make a case either way.  The other point in favor of going
with MS is that we are using it as a revenue stream.  Although we
can't charge for the computers under the MAR program we can charge for
the class and offer the computer for free.  $50 (class) - $5 (license)
- $0 (computer) = $45 profit.

Ya can't do that with OpenSource.
