- Text in the left part like the info after 'Revision Id:' is visible in
the separating 'line' (the draggable thingy).
- The file selection list of the diff view takes up quite some space..
is it possible to make that collapsable? On the one hand that list is
nice to quickly see which files have changed, but on the other hand on
my 1280x1024 screen I easily lose the ends of the lines already when I
slide the file list completely closed and a reasonable width info on the
left.

This patch does the following:
- Added a diff panel to 'bzr vis' in the lower-right corner.
- Made 'bzr vis' remember whether the toolbar is visible.
(was a test while figuring out how to do the same for the
diff panel)
- Removed some redundant redrawing.
- Made DiffWidget.set_diff() work more than once.
I plan on making it remember the window and panel sizes too, but
that's for later.
