Since you volunteered, please open a ticket with infra. The existing svn to git mirror stopped working and effectively broke the Java nightly builds, I see only an upside. Looks like we might have lost the git mirror when this outage happened: https://blogs.apache.org/infra/entry/subversion-to-git-service-git I have already set up my account wtih gitbox.apache.org/setup - the new Apache server - and linked my account to github with id.apache.org. I couldn't find the Apache docs on how to migrate a project from svn to github / gitbox - they might be separate things? Its all git to me.
