If I recall correctly from the migration of Apache Xalan to git last year, we may not actually need an INFRA ticket. I'll try to verify. The actual migration itself is a manual process - * Pull down the SVN repo * Convert it to git * Create the git repo on GitBox * Push to the GitBox repo If everything goes well, it's pretty straightforward, but if there are hangups it can be tricky to troubleshoot. I'll post updates as I make progress.
