XercesC and XercesJ web sites

Hello,

I just wanted to voice my opinion about the XercesC and XercesJ web sites.  The web sites are the main contact point for all the users of Xerces.  IMHO, I believe that both of the web sites are poorly designed and organized.  It would help if a better job was done on these sites.
