I haven't followed the debate on license compatibility, but I've read that 
it's in limbo [1] and there isn't a definitive answer yet.

All software produced by the ASF is licensed under the Apache License, 
v2.0 (since 2004) [2]. I don't think what you're asking for is possible 
under the current policy. You might want to post these questions on 
[email protected] [3] to get a better answer.

The current release is available on Apache mirrors [4]. Older releases are 
available on the archive site [5].
