I am new to Open Source projects, but was interested in doing something with
Xerces. For my needs I am using MinGW-MSYS and found that the configure scripts
and makefile templates worked well. However, I noticed that I couldn't use
Winsock for the NetAccessor. Or the native transcoder (win32). So I modified
the configure scripts, makefile templates, and a small source tweak to
accomplish this.
Since I'm ignorant of Open Source projects, I have to ask...are these the types
of changes that the group is interested in being submitted back to the community?
