I'd like to keep the libxml-xerces-perl package in debian.  If you'd
be willing to help out in the event of trouble, then I will try to
keep it in.

Hopefully the issues that are causing trouble can worked out before
3.0.0, but if not and you can provide something after the release, I
can still package it.
