Hi,
Since the 3.1.0 release a couple of months ago, a number of bugs have
been detected and fixed, a few of which a fairly major. I would
therefore like to propose that we publish the 3.1.1 bugfix- only
release.
Also, if any of the committers have any pending fixes that they would
like to include into this release, please let me know.
Here is my +1 for this release.
