A pre-release source distribution of Xerces-C V3.1.2 is available [1], signed by me, and this is an official call for testers and feedback. The list of bug fixes in this release can be found in Jira [1], and the PMC would like to start the release process next week, so please test any supported platforms you can.
This distribution contains all the Windows project files available, and has been built successfully with both VS 2010 and 2012 so far. If any problems arise I should be able to produce updated sources for further testing throughout this week/end.
