Hi Scott,
first of all, thank you for taking care of the release; I compiled the
source on Windows using VC9, VC11 and VC12; I have noticed that the
solution file for VC12 is missing the correct version, so it is opened
by VC11. I will be fixing this shortly on both trunk and branch

has been built successfully with both VS 2010 and 2012 so far.
