Thanks, I'll file the more important tickets against my other ports that are
impacted (even more strongly) than this one.
There is no CI, so no, it can't be added, and I don't use and therefore cannot
support ICU usage in any capacity. My ability to maintain this code is gated
strictly by what my project needs because that is the only work I am funded to
do here. That is why it's a problem that I'm the only one doing it.
I'm sure the code could be changed in lots of ways, were there anybody working
on it.
