what are you supposed to do when the law "AB=0 -> A=0 or B=0" does NOT
apply?

example:

u + v = 0

leads to:

u = -v

Now you have a system you cant solve to a concrete solution (there are
inifinite solutions!)
Do you assume you system HAS ALWAYS a CONCRETE solution? tell me more..
