Well Thomas, I think you hit the nail on the head.... I tend to be one
who wants to fully understand something before "jumping in" Tends to
be my downfall. I have an associates degree in IT but have never
officially worked in the field... always felt under qualified for the
jobs. Funny thing was I got a 4.0. Go figure. I just stayed at home
and played psuedo web designer for the last five years.

Lol... well, I'm off to tackle my fear of failure.
