vista does not support full screen DOS windows...either go for other c++ programs like dev cpp or try doskey which can make ur c++ full screen..just google for that...but it wont let u use the shortcuts like alt+f9 ..better go for devcpp

Visual C++ Express 2008 is free and can do far more than Turbo C (which is extremely old in software years).
