it can be maximized just follow the  following steps:
1.open ur turbo c(small screen)
2.then right click on address bar
3.choose default
4.in font tab under LUCIDA CONSOLE choose max size:72(as per your choice)
5.click ok. and exit the turbo c.
6.start the turbo c again.
other option is: make ur computer/laptop resolution 1280 x 800 pixels
and then try the above mention steps....
but open the turbo c first...

vista does not support full screen DOS windows...either go for other c++ 
programs like dev cpp or try doskey which can make ur c++ full screen..just 
google for that...but it wont let u use the shortcuts like alt+f9 ..better go 
for devcpp

Why bother? Visual C++ Express 2008 is free and can do far more than
Turbo C (which is extremely old in software years). Turbo C isn't even
32 bit, it's 16-bit DOS.
