That and India hasn't understood that Turbo C is an ancient compiler and 
still probably has warehouses of it.  I'm kidding, but given that 
Microsoft just recently terminated sales of Windows 3.x 
(http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/7707016.stm), I wouldn't be 
surprised.
