and? it's clear what the deal is, but you can forward the message to an address 
and it comes up as denied to the user that sent.
I am a mod on another list where we had to mod a dude for posting 10-20 
messages a day with 10-30 diff questions. :)

  Replying to the reject address merely removes the message from the
  moderation queue - nothing more.
