This may be presumptuous since I have not read the individual steps the author finally submitted. The submitter has the procedural breakdown for his homework assignment, but obviously cannot implement the simple programs that each procedural step implies. This implies that the submitter should have dropped the class a month ago since he was incapable of doing the prior rudimentary simple programs.
