Bug description:
It seems, that after installing the wiki module, then later uninstall the wiki
module, that the document module is broken, as there is no appropriate menu
tree visible and the document icons are visible in the main menu.
Probably the wiki deletes the "Document Managment" menu entry, but that menu is
used too by module Document.
The menu entries of document dont work anymore until the wiki module is
reinstalled to get the menus back.
An other try to workaround was to justs upgrade the document moduel to get the
menu tree back, but now there are 2 document menu entries.
