Hello,

This issue is solved with latest package of datetime : mxdatetime 3.1.3.
Would you please try with this.
For now I am closing this issue you can reopen this If you will face similar 
problem again.

  Hi,
  windows vista
  addons rev 4248

  when I install modules with configurator, the configurator don't
  finish all options (without error popup), I have this error in the
  server log :
