Last note: the source code lines linked in previous comment are quite
similar in Python 2.6 and 2.7, so chances are that this would happen on
Windows regardless of the Python version. It's surprising that we could
not reproduce this more easily.

  Hi,
  windows vista
  addons rev 4248

  when I install modules with configurator, the configurator don't
  finish all options (without error popup), I have this error in the
  server log :
