BoM 'name' in wrong language

Bug description:
V6, trunk
steps to reproduce:
database installed with language DE, English installed as well
user's language: DE
create a new product 'P1' with name 'test german', translate in English 'test
english' / save
create new BoM
result expected: product = 'P1 test german' / name = 'test german'
result in OpenERP: product = 'P1 test german' / name = 'test english'
create a new MO (user's language still DE)
confirm MO
BoM: 'test english'
at the latest HERE it causes trouble (some production workers might
not speak the translated language....)
