UPGRADE [SOLVED]: This only happens if the database had already intalled jasper_reports before and then uninstalled. I have installed on a fresh databease and it works perfectly. Alter further researchI have realised that on the first install the module created an entry in te table "ir_model" with the value ir.actions.report.xml.file. On the second install it fails with this error.
