Bug description:
1)
Menu "Administration/Configuration/Parameters/Configuration Parameters"
When type is "Many2One", and I assign a resource, and I save it, but later I
remove these resource (value of many2one), and I save it.

Return a message:
"Invalid value for reference field "res_id" (last part must be a non-zero
integer): "res.partner,0"
