Hello dha,
We have checked the issue. If your task is of 8 hour and your work lines
is also of 8 hours the progress bar set to 99%, it is quite obvious because
task is still not completed so as soon as you will say task is done the
progress bar will reach to 100% and we can say that the task is done.

trunk, revno 3377
* Project/Project/Task, encode a new task with planned amount 8 hours
* Start the task and indicate you work on it for 8 hours
Obtained result : The progression bar is now at 99.9%
Expected result : the progression bar indicates 100%
