wrong ' makes translations not work

OpenERP v 6.0 trunk
addons/account/wizard/account_vat_view.xml
The wrong character for ' is used. It's hard to see, but instead of '
another character is used that is not an ascii character. This makes
giving a translation fail.
The wrong text is:
That’s very useful
And should be
That's very useful.
You need to look in the code - it's hard to explain because the non-
ascii character looks like the ascii character.
