Hi Jigar, I understand that your spam filter transformed the character beforehand nevertheless: - it is not clear which encoding you used to send the mail: can you confirm that you used GB2312? - In the video you show the content of the already garbaged characters (by your spam filter). What is the content in OpenERP of the correct Chinese characters below?
