Yes we have used the encoding "GB2312" only, still i am attaching the
Screen Shot of the Same here so can you look at Screen Shot and if i am wrong
than let me know.
Below Contain in Mail was attachment it was just showing the contain of
attachment, while mail is perfect and well parsed is fetched perfect way you
can see in Video.

How to reproduce the bug (v6.0.2):
No problem to receive UTF-8 email.
Nevertheless receiving a mail with GB2312 character encoding change it into
garbage character, even if we change web browser into GB2312.
