Bug description:
The order date and scheduled date of the PO is wrong.
Currently:
PO order date = today
PO order line scheduled date = procurement scheduled date - supplier lead
time - company purchase lead time
Must be:
PO order date = procurement scheduled date - supplier lead time - company
purchase lead time
PO order line scheduled date = procurement scheduled date - company purchase
lead time
