Title:
[trunk][purchase]Scheduled date in past when lead time is one day

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  My scenario:
Supplier has a one day lead time for all material order prior to 2PM the
previous day. So I set Purchase delay to 0 on the company form and supplier
delay to 1 on the product form. The product is MTS with a automatic orderpoint
configured.

  Result:
The orderpoint generated purchase order is one day in the past.

It also appears that you cannot use a delay of 0, though this wouldn't really
make sense in this scenario.
I'm not sure the way the requested date works makes sense either - it appears
that the formula for requested date is PO sched'd date - seller delay. Why
would the request date include the seller delay, shouldn't that only be used
for internal calculation? If a seller has a delay of 10 days and I want
something 10 days in the future, it puts a req'd date of today?
