Hi, I am not sure I understand your point but I cannot create in advance an email that I cannot read (since I donot see it in my openerp). In my example I donot know "ecaudal" email. Expected behavior is I receive the information and if it matches a partner, then it gives the partner. If no partner is matched (new partner) then it still should give the information. OE is filtering out the important information and I loose it. In this case I am sending myself a mail but when this is external people how can I get the "to" field
