Hi Vishal, Thanks for your feedback. My position is quite clear: if I receive a mail in OE, all fields in OE should match original mail fields to, from and cc should match original mail fieldswhatever the mailbox is present/created in OE. I am a little bit surprise that you classify it as an opinion as it seems to me rather common sense (and you agree on it) I hope we can get a valuable input from experts. Eric
