Correction on that last piece... I replaced my cactus.properties because
keys got renamed.

I love Cactus, don't get me wrong, but it should not have required any
changes in my build file (or very minimal, with the addition of AspectJ JAR)
to get rolling with a 1.2 -> 1.3 upgrade. The change to cactus.properties
seems dramatic enough to warrant a 2.0 release, unless I've got something
really screwed up in my config - but again, the environment I'm testing with
is a direct copy of the 1.2 sample stuff. I hope my issues are easily
resolved though, and then I won't be frustrated, like I am now. :)
