Note: FYI. We still have one remaining unfinished task WRT mirroring.
Our download page (http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/downloads.html)
points directly to http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/... I
guess we need to modify it to use a dynamic script. Stefan has been
explaining it to us but I haven't taken the time to do it yet.
