All I can say is that the test fail and I don't know enough about
Cactus to say why. Things like

   [cactus] Testcase:
testComparisonFailure(org.apache.cactus.sample.servlet.unit.TestServerSideExceptions):
    FAILED
   [cactus] expected:<...n failure expected:<[some...> but was:<other...]>> but
was:<...n failure expected:<[[some] value> but was:<[other] value]>>
   [cactus] junit.framework.ComparisonFailure: expected:<...n failure
expected:<[some...> but was:<other...]>> but was:<...n failure
expected:<[[some] value> but was:<[other] value]>>
   [cactus]     at
org.apache.cactus.sample.servlet.unit.TestServerSideExceptions.runBare(Unknown
Source)

The main differences are the versions of software used (CVS HEAD of
everything including Tomcat/Jetty and JUnit) and the classloader
hierarchy.

If I can do anything to help an interested Cactus committer, just ask.

Stefan
