If others are ok, we can modify the changes.xml to explain that from now on all changes are located in JIRA, and put a link to the JIRA roadmap in changes.xml
Can we release the 1.7.1 using the old-style? Or would it be trivial to use Jira? (I'm just afraid this change would delay even more the release).
