Felipe and others can give some comments for what your guys think is important.
One thing I think it's important is to document on the site (I mean, in the documentation on CVS, which is updated to the site) about the Cargo integration, i.e, to describe how to use the new task (and its 5 steps), explain the current one will eventually disappear, what's the status, waht are the new properties/goals for the maven plugin, etc. And of course, include yourself on the contributors section :-)
