I put an updated doc version for cactus here

So it's quicker for everyone to have a look for the new cargo task and
examples of using it.
For maven, I refactor it to use cargo only, so the doc stays the same.

I think I will stay and contribute when time permits, it means that I
 will not spam everyone's email as in the last few months :)
I'll upload a "SOC-final" patch some time nextweek. So thank Felipe comment
and
I hope to get comments from other people as well.
