java.io.FileNotFoundException : ServletRedirector

Hi,

I try to run the TestSimpleServlet from the Use Manual link 
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/cactus/sample_servlet.html
 but got error message java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
http://cath/test/servlet/SnoopServlet where SnoopServlet 
acts as ServletRedirector in JRun Server. 

My cactus.properties is in the classpath.  I tried this URL 
from a browser and it works fine (500 Internal Server 
Error).

Does anyone know how the error FileNotFoundException may be 
fixed?
