Hi Shishir, Can you please ensure the following directories have been created:
ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/org.apache.cactus.eclipse.webapp_1.6dev_20031029/ ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/org.apache.cactus.eclipse.runner_1.6dev_20031029/ Where ECLIPSE_HOME is where you have installed Eclipse.
