At all times of the year, the centre of Pas de la Casa does seem to be
full of parked cars and with lorries double parked to make deliveries.
It is perhaps better avoided unless there is a particular reason to
visit. The best chance of finding a free parking space is the car park
at the end of the Avinguda d'Encamp above the ski station. Another
possibility for a short visit is the multi-storey car park. As with
other multi-storey car parks in Andorra the first hour is free. It gets
a little expensive if you exceed the hour. On one occasion I was 5
minutes over the hour and it cost me 125 pesetas.

In Andorra la Vella you can get 2 hours free parking in the multi-storey
behind the Pyrenees store - provided you spend money in the store. If
you use this car park be warned that the exit ramp is horrendously steep
and has a sharp bend half way down. Be sure your brakes are in good
order!
