Yeah, I noticed after I sent my reply that MC had made a somewhat 
similar point.  As we're talking about 600K or so, I'm going to leave 
them in for now.

The one thing that I've felt (and this discussion reinforces) is that we 
have a clear need to develop the general set of use cases we're 
expecting to support with the default live CD so that we have a basis 
for consistently evaluating its content as features are proposed.  One 
more thing for the issues list.
