Size of the packages is just one of the factors. Now that image size is down
to 470 MB, the focus is to provide "coherent" functionality. Note that packages
that are not included on the CD can be added to the "network repository" which
would enable one to pull down those pkgs easily.
BTW, I would still vote to add the nfs server pkg on CD. As others have
pointed out, without this functionality setting sharenfs property on a dataset
would amount to squat.
